One Tough Cookie: 14+ One Tough Cookie Jr.: 8-13 Muddy Buddy: 7 and under

How long is the mud run?
One Tough Cookie is just over 3 miles. The race will include tons of mud and 10+ obstacles. The Jr. race is about 2 miles and includes some of the adult obstacles. Muddy Buddy is a few super fun obstacles for little ones.
Can I run with my child?
Adults who want to run One Tough Cookie Jr. with their child must register and complete the necessary waiver. Adults who want to run Muddy Buddy with their child do not need to register, but are welcome to sign up and receive a One Tough Cookie shirt.
What if I can’t do an obstacle?
No problem! Just go around.
Is One Tough Cookie a sanctioned race?
One Tough Cookie is a fun run and a not chip-timed event.
What wave am I in?
Waves may be adjusted before race day. Final waves will be emailed the day before the race.
What do I receive with registration?
You’ll get a sweet One Tough Cookie shirt, Girl Scout Cookies, and a warm and fuzzy feeling that you’ve supported Girl Scouts!
How will I receive my race packet?
On race day, August 14, packet pick up will be available beginning at 7:30 a.m.
Is there a deadline to register?
Online registration is open until August 12, 2021 at 11:59p.m., walk-ins on race day are welcome! Register by July 25, 2021 for a guaranteed shirt.
Can friends come?
Of course! Bring friends, family, and anyone wanting to check out camp. TIP: If you’re coming out to watch a friend run, volunteering at an obstacle can give you a great view of the course that not all spectators get to see. Plus, volunteers receive a free shirt!
How early should I arrive?
Arrive at least 1 hour earlier than your wave time.
What should I bring?
Wear light-weight clothes that won’t get heavy when wet and muddy. Old shoes are a must because it might be the last time that you wear them. You will also want to bring a clean set of clothes and shoes to change into after you are finished. Outdoor showers will be available at the end of the course.
What should I do with my stuff?
We will have a bag check available.
Will there be food?
We will have snacks and water for runners and volunteers. There will be awesome food trucks there too! You can bring food and drinks if you would like, but no alcohol is permitted.
Is there first aid available?
Yes, we will have first aid available.
Can I bring my pets?
To ensure the safety of the participants and the animals, no pets are allowed. Service animals are more than welcome.
Where do I park?
There will be parking available for $5. Carpooling is recommended.
Do you need volunteers?

What is the refund or transfer policy?
There are no refunds and no transfers. Rain or shine One Tough Cookie will go on, who doesn't want more mud? However, waves may be postponed for life-threatening weather.
